Russell Davidson | Property Expert

Russell Davidson is Robot Lawyer LISA’s property expert. Russell is the legal brain behind LISA’s Property Tools and is a member of the company’s Advisory Board.

Oxford University educated, Russell has over 35 years’ real estate experience, first working as a senior solicitor in the City of London for major international law firms, including Linklaters and DLA Piper, later running his own law firm - Davidson Webber Plc -  plus a family property portfolio which gave him the practical as well as the legal experience of the issues arising in both the business and residential landlord and tenant sectors.

Russell is currently CEO of Estate Consultations Limited (a boutique property consultancy company in Harrogate) and a property partner at Gunnercooke LLP, UK. He specialises in commercial property and its development, buying, selling and managing sole and multi-occupied retail, office, industrial, residential and leisure sites and setting up different types of joint venture, secured funding and option arrangements. Russell has particular expertise in the hospitality sector, frequently acting on hotel business transfers and management agreements.

Having extensive knowledge and experience working with (and for) entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, corporates, lenders and charities in both the commercial and residential real estate sectors as a property owner, manager, investor and solicitor for over forty years he is the ideal professional to support our clients, users and team.
